When you shop or trade on Brand Collect's site, you must have a membership. After you register to get it, you can just use our service with membership ID (your e-mail address) and password. No membership fee, annual fee are required.

Brand Collect　deals with used brand clothing and each item is "one-of a kind". First come, first served. Therefore, to check clearly, you see the status of each item purchased "SOLD OUT".

If someone already buys item, you see the status, "SOLT OUT". The item has possibilities to be deleted from the cart and the status still leaves " SOLD OUT". When you find favorite item, we recommend adding the item to "Favorite".

You can purchase any all listed items on Brand Collect, bricks-and-mortar and online store of Rakuten, Yahoo Auction Store. The status has possibility not to change "SOLD OUT". Please be forewarned.

After you have registered to get membership ID, now you can shop and trade items on the site. Find favorite item from lots of brand items we have!

1. Find favorite brand or item with our useful search method.
2. When you find favorite item, click on "Add To Cart".
3. Click "Checkout" button, and input required information. You can checkout with cash on delivery, credit card, paying at convenience store, and a variety of methods.
4. Confirm purchase item, fee (including shipping cost), sending address and complete process.
5. After purchase completed, please wait for a while to receive confirmation mail. Remind to keep confirmation number to inquiry.

About Shipping

• ・All international shipment, Japan Postal Service's "EMS"is used."EMS" is not available to other ships.
• ・For international shipping, delivery is not specified on your order.
• ・"When your order confirmation screen" and "Mail order confirmation" shipping and handling is listed in the amount of domestic ships.
• ・Shipping For international shipment, after completing your order via e-mail separate from your guide we are.

We only deal used clothes from AA to B rank. In case some items might be in lower B rank, we write the detail, so please read it.

Dealing store is to handle item.
Please note: Item is sold online, depending on managing warehouse, may be late for corresponding or shipping item.
